Property Manager

We are looking for a prudent Property Manager to manage assigned residential properties directly. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue.

  • Proven work experience as a Property Manager
  • Fully understand property management and its financial aspects
  • In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
  • Competent in MS Office and relevant databases and software
  • Customer-focused and bottom-line orientation
  • Savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well-organized with excellent time management skills
  • BS degree in a related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of assigned property
  • Stay abreast of area market conditions
  • Inspect property and schedule make-readies to meet standards
  • Maintain a positive, productive relationship with residents
  • Oversee vendor and contractor projects
  • Maintain exterior and interior units to company standards
  • Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
  • Manage staff and assess their performance
  • Accomplish financial goals and report on financial performance
