We’re looking for a Product Manager - Data & AI to join our team and embark on this journey with us.

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Portfolio Management: Manage the lifecycle and performance of our existing data and AI products.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators for data and AI products, including both leading indicators (e.g., recommendation accuracy) and lagging indicators (e.g., conversion rates, quoting times).
  • Data Product Health: Define, measure, and continuously improve the overall health and quality of our data product portfolio.
  • New Product Discovery: Drive the ideation, discovery, and validation of new data and AI product opportunities, with a particular focus on leveraging generative AI to create innovative solutions.
  • Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and maintain clear product roadmaps aligned with the company's strategic objectives and the needs of both internal teams and end-users.
  • Requirements Definition: Translate business needs and user insights into detailed product requirements and specifications.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, engineers, marketing, sales, and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful product development and launch.
  • Data Analysis and Data Storytelling: Independently perform data analysis and visualization for product management, e.g. for stakeholder communication, assessing product health and prioritizing opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and generative AI.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of successfully launching and managing data-driven products along the full product life-cyle.
  • Strong technical background with a working knowledge of data science, machine learning (including generative AI), and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to independently perform data analysis for product management.
  • Experience using wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate product ideas quickly and effectively.
  • Strong collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable influencing without authority.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Resourceful, with grit and a strong focus on achieving results in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
  • Comfortable recognizing when to switch from experimentation to execution.
  • Impact-driven & Customer-obsessed.
  • Decisive. Comfortable making decisions under uncertainty.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment.
  • Experience in the travel industry is a plus, but not required.
