  • Ensure workstreams are aligned, resourced, and operating efficiently.

  • Serve as a central point of communication, driving clarity and momentum across teams.

  • Support the consistent delivery of a seamless, on-brand, and impactful member experience.

What you'll bring

  • 5+ years of experience in program coordination, business operations, management consulting, or a strategic cross-functional role

  • Experience in a consulting environment or an MBA is a plus—particularly if you’ve applied business strategy to customer experience or loyalty programs.

  • Strong project management skills with experience managing timelines, task tracking, and cross-team collaboration

  • High Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, Notion, or similar)

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to follow up, clarify, and escalate when needed
