A Brief Overview
An Associate Recruiter implements recruitment strategies and manages the beginning of the recruiting process by building strong talent pipelines. The Associate Recruiter is responsible for sourcing candidates, initial candidate outreach, and assessing applicants to meet the organization's staffing needs.

What you will do

  • Source candidates through various channels to fill open positions while meeting metrics tied to current and future hiring goals
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications
  • Collaborate with recruiter as needed to understand staffing needs and job requirements that support hiring manager goals
  • Manage applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information
  • Participate in supporting hiring ramps and talent acquisition events to attract candidates
  • Conduct market research as assigned to partner on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, while serving as main point of contact for current and future opportunities
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 
  • General Education 

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically < 2 years Professional experience in recruitment or human resources preferred 
  • Typically < 2 years Experience in talent acquisition preferred

Work Environment

The salary range for this role is $50,400.00 to $75,700.00. The candidate’s final salary offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, education, work location and experience.

A candidate’s compensation may also include bonuses consistent with TriNet’s corporate bonus plan.
