Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a VM manager to join our Store Design & VM team, This role will report into Head of Store design & VM. Are you passionate about creating captivating customer experiences and translating brand vision into stunning visual displays? Trinny London is looking for a creative and dynamic Visual Merchandiser to join our Store Design & VM team. If you're ready to ditch the ordinary and dive into the vibrant world of beauty innovation, this role is for you! You'll be the architect of our in-store magic, crafting layouts, strategizing product placements, and bringing our brand story to life with every display. Your daily to-dos might look like this:

  • Crafting Visual Storytelling: Designing immersive layouts that reflect campaigns and seasons, leading customers on an unforgettable journey.
  • Turning Vision into Reality: Transforming concepts into stunning displays, highlighting key products and grabbing attention from every angle.
  • Empowering Store Teams: Creating detailed visual guides to ensure our brand shines consistently across all locations.
  • Hands-On Creativity: Setting up and refreshing displays with speed and precision, bringing your creative vision to life.
  • Staying Ahead of the Curve: Researching trends and analyzing data to keep our displays fresh and effective.
  • Collaboration is Key: Working closely with marketing, retail, and design teams to create a unified brand experience.
  • Training & Inspiring: Communicating design concepts clearly and empowering store teams to execute flawlessly. 
  • Resourceful Sourcing: Finding the perfect materials within budget and building strong supplier relationships.
  • Budget-Savvy Brilliance: Ensuring cost-effective execution of all visual merchandising activities.
  • Brand Ambassador: Making sure every display embodies our brand ethos and delivers an impactful customer experience.

These skills will help you go far in this role:

  • Proven Visual merchandising  expertise: Solid experience in visual merchandising , ideally with a focus on Beauty brands in retail environments. 
  • Beauty/Fragrance Industry Experience: Experience working for beauty or fragrance brands is highly desirable.
  • Education relevant to the field of visual merchandising.
  • Excellent Time Management: The ability to prioritize effectively, manage multiple deadlines with ease, and work at a fast pace.
  • Ambitious and looking for a challenge.
  • Proficiency in Adobe illustrator, InDesign and Sketch up
