As the Director of Engineering of the Identity and Fraud platform, you will lead a team of talented engineers to build world-class frameworks to mitigate both online and offline risks, platforms for verifying user authenticity and trustworthiness of PayJoy customers, clerks and admins, and build guardrails for privacy and policy compliance.

Well versed in writing optimized code and architectural patterns for optimization.
Well opinionated and hands-on with code review and implementation details.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
