Turner & Townsend is looking for a Junior Business Generation Consultant with a proactive mindset and a strong desire to learn. You’ll be working closely with the Italian Business Generation & Marketing Manager, so you’ll never be alone—but you’ll have the space to grow, take initiative, and make an impact.

We work on projects of all sizes, from planning data centers to delivering iconic buildings. This is your chance to sharpen your strategic thinking, enhance your communication skills, and contribute to real business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Assist in the preparation of tender proposals, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Help coordinate corporate events (internal and external) to strengthen brand awareness, by managing logistics, communications, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Support marketing and communication activities, contributing to content creation for digital channels and media relations.
  • Create and update key business development documents, such as corporate presentations, capability statements, and tender materials.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a corporate role (internships included).
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communication.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (B2/C1), both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Office, specifically in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel, with a keen eye for document quality and visual appeal.
  • Eager to grow in an international, collaborative environment.
