About the Role:


Join our Information Technology team and help us to build a better and more stable operating environment for our employees.  Our mission is to deliver high-quality IT services and empower Turvo employees and teams by leveraging cloud-based systems. We manage a wide range of services, including workforce identity management, device management, productivity tool administration, help desk support, and vendor management. In this position, your primary focus will be monitoring and improving the implementation of the Turvo SaaS infrastructure. This includes developing and improving configurations and scripts for operating these SaaS products, as well as monitoring and maintaining these systems. 



Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize platforms like Okta, Slack, Google Workspace, JAMF, Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence), and more.
  • Design and implement automation solutions to streamline user account management, security, software deployments, patch management, and system configurations.
  • Provide fast and effective technical support (onsite & remote) for employees, covering access control, VPN, workstations, and peripherals.
  • Oversee and troubleshoot SSO solutions, user/group management, and security policies.
  • Administer macOS, Windows, and mobile devices, enforce security compliance, and manage LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-based networking solutions.
  • Configure and maintain office IT infrastructure while managing IT assets, vendor coordination, and procurement.
  • Provide expertise in Google Workspace, productivity tools, and enterprise communication platforms.
  • Support IT audits such as SOC2 Type II, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 8+ years of work experience in IT administration.
  • Expertise in identity & access management (Okta) and MDM solutions for macOS(JAMF).
  • Strong networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, cloud-based networking solutions).
  • Experience in cloud platforms like AWS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation.
  • Strong troubleshooting/problem-solving skills with the ability to make swift, informed judgment calls.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to multitask projects and day-to-day tasks effectively.
  • Passionate and collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and a focus on achieving shared goals.


Key Software Applications:
  • Okta Lifecycle Management / SSO / MFA experience preferred.
  • Jamf MDM management experience / Connect experience preferred.
  • MacOS Troubleshooting / Administration experience.
  • Google Workspace Enterprise Administration experience preferred.
  • Atlassian Administration experience preferred (Jira, Confluence).
