Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
Four (4) years of nursing experience.
Current Arkansas State Board of Nursing License.

Collaborates and communicates with various members of the transplant team to coordinate transplant process.
Facilitates acceptance or refusal of donor organs for transplant and coordinates the organ recovery.
Prepares patients for organ transplants by assessing implications, participating in education sessions, performing physical assessments, and coordinating care.
Participates in quality assessment and process improvement activities.
Provides input to leadership in the standardization of training and procedures related to call support and after-hours organ allocation processes.
Participates in community outreach and acts as a resource person regarding transplantation.
Performs other duties as assigned.
