A young and fast-growing company that partners with major car rental companies, offering a no-deposit car rental solution, allowing customers to rent cars without upfront deposits is now looking for an Account Manager.

The list of its partners includes such companies as Europcar and Motion. The focus is on expanding partnerships with franchise owners and training their sales teams to effectively sell the product.

Turkey was selected as the initial market due to its favorable conditions. The company plans to expand to other European tourist destinations, positioning itself as an international player.

As an Account Manager you will take on a proactive role and work directly with the sales teams in various branches to ensure they are well-trained and performing according to company standards.

The position is only available for the candidates located in Istanbul or near it.

Your tasks on the position:

  • Acting as the main point of contact for B2B clients (car rental companies), building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Participating in presentations of the company’s products and services to potential and existing clients
  • Providing training and support to clients on how to use the products and services effectively
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure the needs of our clients are met
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Achieving B2B sales targets, developing and implementing strategies to reach sales goals
  • Establishing relationships with potential customers and support them in the deal process
  • 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager or similar role
  • Experience in the car rental market or similar (car dealers, tires, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel to various sales points as required
  • English B1+
  • Turkish C2
