Growth Marketing Automation Engineer

The company, which is a leading AI-powered travel platform for businesses, is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Automation Manager to join its team.

The company was founded in 2017 in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and their mission is to make the complex process of booking, changing and canceling flights and hotels for business trips quick and easy.

They already have thousands of users around the globe and they are still actively growing, reaching new clients and adding new business features.

The office is located in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and you will work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Automate prospecting, lead enrichment, and scoring using Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and HubSpot
  • Analyze company data (services, revenue, tech stack) to qualify leads automatically
  • Optimize lead scoring models to improve MQL quality and reduce disqualification
  • Run & monitor AI-driven outbound campaigns to boost engagement
  • Ensure data integrity across CRM and prospecting databases
  • Leverage AI & LLMs for automation, personalization, and lead qualification
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to refine ICP targeting and improve conversions
  • Continuously iterate automation workflows to stay ahead of AI-driven demand generation trends
  • 3–5 years in growth operations, sales automation, or tech-driven marketing
  • Proven experience with automated lead generation & qualification pipelines
  • Expertise in Apollo, Clay, n8n, Zapier, and similar tools
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation, AI-driven prospecting & CRM workflows
  • Deep understanding of automated lead scoring & programmatic lead evaluation
  • Experience with AI, LLMs & prompt engineering for outreach
  • English B2+

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with SQL, Airflow, or Redshift for data analytics
