We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Representative to drive business growth in the public sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, developing strong relationships with government agencies and public institutions, and driving the adoption of our solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of public sector procurement processes, strategic sales planning, and effective account management
This is what you'll do at UiPath
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the public sector.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders in government agencies, public institutions, and related organizations.
Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and contract closure.
Understand government procurement processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and customer success, to align strategies and deliver value to customers.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to the needs of public sector clients.
Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, government policies, and competitive landscape.
This is what you'll bring to the team
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the public sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2G (Business-to-Government) environment.
Strong understanding of government procurement procedures and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to build trust and credibility with key decision-makers.
Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Fluency in English; proficiency in [local language] is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling technology, SaaS, or AI solutions to public sector clients.
Knowledge of automation solutions or cloud computing.
Strong network within government agencies and public institutions.
