Navitas is ready to invest in you! We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Ann Arbor, Michigan that will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and oversight of maintenance activities for all manufacturing equipment used in lithium-ion battery production. This role involves leading a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and developing strategies for equipment availability, reliability and performance improvement also supporting 5S, Lean and engineering improvements.
