Physical Therapist - job 3 of 3

As a Physical Therapist at American-Mercy Home Care, you'll be responsible for conducting patient evaluations to assess mobility, strength, and functional limitations. You'll create and implement individualized treatment plans focused on rehabilitation and improved quality of life. Furthermore, you will provide education on exercises and safety precautions, monitor patient progress, and maintain detailed patient records compliant with state regulations.

To qualify for the Physical Therapist position at American-Mercy Home Care, you should hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited school recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association and possess an active registered PT license in the state of practice. Additionally, maintaining CPR/BLS Certification and having at least one year of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although not required.
