Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of diagnostic radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety.
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explaining the process and addressing any concerns.
  • Position patients accurately and efficiently to obtain optimal images.
  • Operate radiographic equipment, including X-ray machines, fluoroscopy units, and portable imaging devices.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ALARA principles.

Qualifications:

 

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
  • Current certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Valid Washington State Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and technical skills.
