This is a temporary position
The Support Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the daily upload, validation, and initial set up of all branch OASIS and HIS files along with monthly and quarterly quality reporting. Tracking and reporting any issues for Home Health and Hospice. Generate and submit daily and weekly reports for Revenue Cycle and Branch Management. Works in collaboration with the Organization’s IT Application Team to provide direct system and customer support. Maintains a close relationship with software vendors; manages assigned special projects. Develops and delivers education to various process participants as part of continuous process improvement.
