Responsibilities

This is a temporary position

 

The Support Analyst is responsible for all aspects of the daily upload, validation, and initial set up of all branch OASIS and HIS files along with monthly and quarterly quality reporting. Tracking and reporting any issues for Home Health and Hospice. Generate and submit daily and weekly reports for Revenue Cycle and Branch Management. Works in collaboration with the Organization’s IT Application Team to provide direct system and customer support. Maintains a close relationship with software vendors; manages assigned special projects. Develops and delivers education to various process participants as part of continuous process improvement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for planning the most efficient processes to achieve desired results
  • Collaborates with Revenue Cycle, IT Applications and Operations Management focusing on data integrity of all lines of business' applications, supporting maintenance
  • Anticipates needs, identifies problems, analyses situations, provides solutions and communicates to the appropriate staff regarding the effected system

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required - Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field preferred
  • Two years of healthcare, home infusion or ancillary services industry experience required, preferably in Revenue Cycle
  • Experience with one or more of the following applications in a super user capacity required: HCHB, Brightree, CPR+, RescueNet/ZOLL
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Efficient in spreadsheets 
  • Understanding of medical documents - understanding of how to read physician's orders 
  • Able to manage calendars & multiple systems access
  • Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid and other payors
  • Familiarity with OASIS, Home Health, Hospice & Home Infusion a plus
