About The Function

Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Our BuxMont client is looking for a Sr. Manager FP&A to lead financial strategy and drive business growth through expert analysis, forecasting, and budgeting. This high-impact role partners with senior & executive leadership to deliver actionable insights and optimize financial performance. Key responsibilities include revenue analysis, profitability evaluations, budget management, and reporting for major business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze revenue trends across markets and product lines to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic goals.
  • Evaluate gross margins and operational efficiencies to optimize profitability.
  • Prepare high-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership and investors.
  • Collaborate with business units to refine forecasts and provide financial recommendations.
  • Lead process improvements and implement system enhancements for efficient reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of financial planning and analysis experience, preferably in mid-to-large scale organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA preferred).
  • Expertise in Excel and BI tools, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with Board, Executive Team and Field personnel in fast-paced environments.
