The Content Development team is charged with identifying, codifying, and disseminating best instructional and leadership practices throughout Uncommon. The Operations Associate role drives the planning, execution, and evolution of the operational work of the team. This involves managing the operations and communications for large-scale, cross-regional PDs, Working Groups, and network-wide retreats. In addition, this role will play a role in managing the Instructional Inspections program for all K-12 schools. This requires preparing and teeing up key regional and school leaders (RSIs, RSOs, Principals, DOOs), designing, managing, and executing communication plans. Having an understanding of how our schools operate is critical to ensure effective support and very strong customer service skills.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $57,800 to $68,000.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional experience, education, certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools. If you meet all job description requirements you will likely receive an offer of $61,200.
