JOB PURPOSE
This position entails working on one of Unilever's top global brands, TRESemmé. TRESemmé is America’s #1 Hair Styling Brand. Over the past few years, the haircare category has introduced an ever-growing number of new brands, and TRESemmé is on a mission to grow its legacy positioning as the most desirable and sought after salon quality hair brand.
We are seeking a Brand Experience Lead with a passion for dreaming up innovative and engaging brand experiences that connect with our target audience. We are looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse of trends and social media who can help keep TRESemmé on the cutting edge of experiential and out-of-the-box partnerships. This role will focus on Brand Experiences as well as Brand Partnerships within media, audio and cross-brand.
This is a high visibility role within Unilever globally and offers plenty of scope for independent brand and team stewardship, agency and cross-functional leadership and creativity. A leader, creative visionary and an individual passionate about brand development is needed for this role. The position is based in Unilever Hoboken, NJ/ USA where the TRESemmé US team is located twice a week, remote three days a week.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $86,080 to $129,120. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
