The University Advancement Team offices out of the Minneapolis Campus. The person in this role will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid capacity, at least three days in-office on campus and two days remotely. Work schedules will always be determined by business needs.

Salary Range: $24.00 to $25.50

JOB SUMMARY
The Engagement Coordinator plays a key role in supporting alumni engagement and annual giving initiatives within the Strategic Engagement team in University Advancement. Reporting to the Director of Annual Giving, this position assists with engagement programming, donor stewardship, event coordination, and fundraising campaign execution to build lifelong relationships between the university and 120,000+ Tommie alumni.
The coordinator interacts with alumni, students, faculty, staff, volunteers, and external partners, representing the university with professionalism, courtesy, and diplomacy. This role requires strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
