As the Director of Growth, you will be responsible for Vention’s digital lead generation and qualification activities. Optimizing for pipeline generation, you will be entrusted with a sizable paid marketing budget that will be allocated across a portfolio of campaigns and channels. In this highly technical role, you will also maintain and improve Vention’s growth stack, related data architecture and business logics and algorithm.
