The Team You’ll Join: The UR360 team provides customized, actionable research tailored specifically to each of our employer partners. We focus on gathering pivotal candidate data at critical decision-making points—the decision to apply, the decision to accept an offer, and the internship experience—to deliver bespoke insights and strategic recommendations that significantly enhance candidate experiences and recruitment outcomes.


As a Research Consultant, you will independently lead customized research projects from conception through delivery. You’ll partner directly with senior-level stakeholders at some of the nation’s most prominent organizations, serving as their trusted advisor on critical recruitment strategy and candidate experience decisions.


 How You’ll Grow: The UR360 team is one of the most dynamic and impactful groups at Veris Insights, encompassing strategic client engagement, data-driven research design, and influential presentation delivery. You'll collaborate closely with senior leaders to manage and deliver customized research projects including independently shaping survey methodologies to clients needs, owning client interactions, and confidently delivering bespoke research projects to executive stakeholders. You’ll have exposure to an array of growth opportunities, from building trusted advisory relationships to mastering research design and strategic storytelling. Key Responsibility: Research Consulting and Project Management
  • Serve as the primary research advisor for 8-10 employer partners, understanding their unique recruitment challenges and designing customized research solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end research projects: define client needs, formulate research questions, create tailored survey instruments, and craft insightful presentations.
  • Coordinate project timelines and proactively manage relationships with senior stakeholders at client organizations.


Key Responsibility: Data Analysis and Strategic Narrative Formation
  • Transform quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable executive summaries and strategic recommendations.
  • Identify key themes and insights from complex data, shaping them into compelling narratives tailored for executive audiences.
  • Review and refine research deliverables, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and impact before presentation to clients.


Key Responsibility: Executive Presence and Trusted Advisorship
  • Act as a confident, credible presence when delivering customized research insights directly to senior and executive-level client stakeholders.
  • Become a trusted source of intelligence, proactively providing strategic guidance that influences client decisions and recruitment strategies.


The Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in survey research, analytics, talent insights, consulting, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated excellence in external client-facing roles, with proven experience in advisory positions.
  • Strong quantitative analysis capabilities paired with strategic storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills—both written and verbal—with executive-level presence and credibility.
  • Proven ability to design and execute custom research projects from end to end.


The Nice-to-Haves:
  • Professional services or consulting experience, particularly in talent acquisition, university/early career recruiting, or human capital consulting.


The Compensation & Benefits Package:
  • Annual salary: $80,000-92,500K based on experience
  • Fully remote (or hybrid opportunity if you live in the DC area!)
