The Global Business Optimisation (GBO) team mission, as part of the Client Services (CS) organization, is to turn massive amounts of data into actionable insights that drive business value while working closely with Visa’s stakeholders to build creative solutions. Our Advance Data Analytics and Insights analysts are experts in data, coding, payment processing (including authorization and authentication), and creative thinking. We couple in-depth analysis of cardholder behaviour with Visa’s world-class products to address meaningful business problems.
In this role the analyst interprets and manage data to solve complex problems utilizing skills in data extraction, pre-processing, cleaning, visualization, and the use of tools like python, and Tableau. They are actively involved with all other teams in CS, supporting and developing new insights that help create, manage, and deliver actionable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.

A genuine passion for data, and about the payment’s ecosystem.
Intermediate to advance level skills in using data analysis tools and software. Excel, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
Proficient in all MS Office applications.
Confidence working in a high pace and dynamic environment, following several
work streams at the same time.
Experience in a corporate environment with data-based decision-making or quantitative analysis.
Ability to turn complex data subjects into easily understandable concepts.
Desirable
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills (fluency in English is required while knowledge of an additional European language is a plus).
Experience of creating business value from data.
Knowledge of authorisation and/ or authentication processing.
