As a Director within the Growth Products team, you will be responsible for driving an ongoing narrative for Visa’s suite of consumer products in card and non-card payments.  You will be both a student learning from others internally and externally, and a teacher to those internally and externally. The right candidate will be an enthusiastic follower of key trends spanning consumer financial services, fintech and technology (e.g., AI, account-based payments, digital identity, wallets), and is comfortable researching new topics, establishing an informed perspective, and applying ideas to Visa’s business model and ecosystem.

The role requires a balanced mix of outstanding writing and editing skills as part of overall content strategy, project management across external parties and cross-functional stakeholders, creative execution, and thought leadership. Successful candidates will have shown and can clearly demonstrate strong business and product acumen, deep payments industry experience, familiarity with macro trends in the financial and technology ecosystems, synthesis of complex problems and ideas through clear deliverables, building consensus and a proven track record of fast-paced transitions from strategic thinking to execution.

This role includes understanding in depth both Visa capabilities, needs, and goals and the realities and trends driving growth and change in our industry – and how that change impacts our strategic priorities. This is an opportunity to join Visa’s newly created Growth Products and Partnerships team, which matches technology-forward global partners with product-oriented partnership opportunities.
