We are developing and executing a strategic vision for the Loyalty platforms and products that enable Visa to be the world-leading data-driven payments company. We are seeking a Product Analyst to help define and execute our strategic vision of providing timely, relevant, personalized Loyalty services.

In this role, we are looking for an individual who is highly communicative and excited to solve problems and come up with repeatable best practices in new and growing domains, including AI, Machine Learning, and emerging markets. This role will involve high-level engagement with a variety of partner teams and product areas, supporting partner teams in coordinating strategy, connecting the dots, escalating concerns, and navigating risks.

While a technical or payments background is not expressly required, this role will require engagement with complex technical, legal, and payments-related concepts. We are looking for someone who has an eagerness to learn and develop their subject matter expertise, and who can confidently and articulately reflect this knowledge to help their colleagues solve real world problems and enable success.

 

Essential Functions

  • Understand core elements of our product strategy and represent that strategic vision in conversations with partner teams
  • Develop expert knowledge on the features and business applications of our products and engage with product development and go-to-market teams on a regular basis to assess the viability of opportunities.
  • Develop a working understanding of the regulatory, legal, and other market conditions under which our products operate, and engage with legal and risk partners on a regular basis to assess the viability of opportunities.
  • Work together with partners to develop, refine, execute, and document repeatable and scalable practices
  • Identify and analyze patterns and trends in data and provide both concise and in-depth analysis as required

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
