You'll partner with various regions and your People Business Partner to craft and implement innovative strategies that enhance our organizational structure. A key part of your role will be identifying inefficiencies within the team and collaborating with leadership to align our designs with long-term business goals. You’ll also analyze productivity metrics and contribute best practices that improve team effectiveness. Additionally, you’ll handle headcount analysis to inform our workforce planning and budgeting, offering insights that lead to optimal resource allocation. The responsibilities continue with developing and maintaining RACI matrices to clarify roles within the team, promoting accountability and clear communication. Your leadership will ensure that we are adequately staffed to meet business needs, while also aligning budgets with overall business objectives. The best part?
