The Sr. Product Analyst will be a member of VCAS Data Solutions team. This position is ideal for an experienced data analyst who is passionate about collaborating with business and technology partners in solving challenging payments ecosystem problems.
As a Sr. Product Analyst focusing on data, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decision making and business intelligence across the organization. You will leverage advanced analytics, generative AI, coding, and data visualization skills to uncover insights that inform strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform advanced data analyses, including the use of AI/ML models, to identify trends, patterns, and insights from large, complex datasets
Build and maintain reporting dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Kibana to provide stakeholders with self-service access to key metrics and KPIs
Collaborate cross-functionally with business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable analytical projects
Develop and automate data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure timely and reliable data delivery
Design and implement experiments, A/B tests, and other research initiatives to evaluate the impact of new products, features, and business strategies
Identify opportunities to enhance and fast-track AI adoption within the company, leveraging your understanding of AI applications.
Effectively communicate insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical leaders and business customers/partners, prepare reports, updates, and/or presentations to drive alignment and implementation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest data science and analytics technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage them within the organization
Identify opportunities to enhance and fast track AI adoption within Visa, leveraging your understanding of AI applications.
Leverage extensive business knowledge into solution approach, Effectively develop trust and collaboration with internal customers and cross-functional teams, Provide general education on advanced analytics to technical and non-technical business partners
Apply various Machine Learning (ML) and analytics techniques to develop classification and prediction models and leverage foundation models to develop generative AI capabilities, integrate client, domain (e.g., payments, product management) and industry knowledge into the solution.
Conduct exploratory analysis to identify gaps, provide feedback, and innovate solutions to address them.
