Visa University is a team of experts in our respective disciplines, but more importantly, we strive to harness our collective expertise in the most effective way for the benefit of learners. We combine rigor, data and subject matter expertise with intuition and common sense of what will be most effective for the business. We like to prototype, launch and evaluate. We are comfortable learning from our mistakes.

Key Responsibilities:

With guidance from Performance Consultants/Product Owners, Program Managers and the PMO Sr. Mgr. supporting Enterprise Learning, you will:

  • Support Performance Consultants/Product Owners and Program Managers with planned and ad-hoc training coordination tasks to keep projects moving forward, e.g., identifying attendees, creating Event Level courses in the Learning Management System (LMS), and managing and troubleshooting the day-to-day details of key training programs
  • Manage project milestone activities proactively – perform light project management as needed
  • Plan for a logistics-heavy project activity, like coordinating schedules, access, and content readiness for an activity like launching a communication to a senior level audience
  • Analyze data in Excel and build slides to share compelling stories through data
  • Perform reporting-related activities to communicate information about program attendance and impact, leveraging dashboards and other methods
  • Partner with team members to complete tasks as well as commit to and execute your own deliverables
  • Keep all parts of a training program organized and running according to plan.  This includes tracking and documenting activities, coordinating with activity owners, keeping everyone informed, and helping out where needed.
  • Support the development of a global schedule and address any issues with timelines or resource collisions
  • Help onboard and manage vendors, as needed, for select learning experiences
  • Collaborate with your PMO team members and share your experiences to continually grow the PMO toolbox (best practices, templates, checklists, tools, etc.) and improve processes

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
