Garage Ambassador

Overview

The role of the Garage Ambassador is to provide exceptional guest experiences while ensuring the continued cleanliness and safety of the garage.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Make exceptional guest experiences the priority in every interaction
  • Shift Report: Document all incidents per company policy
  • Maintain cleanliness of garage area daily
  • Handle questions from customers and manage equipment issues

Qualifications

Years of Experience: Entry Level

Language Skills: Proficient in English both verbally and written

Education Requirements: High school diploma/GED

 

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and verbally communicate in English
  • Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to walk short and long distances
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Possess the manual dexterity to operate parking equipment, including POF machines, garage gates, and location-specific equipment
  • Strong sense of customer service
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be able and willing to smile during every customer interaction
  • Maintain uniform standards while around the account
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to create relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational skills
