Position Summary...

You will lead the implementation, configuration, and continuous maintenance of Workday's recruiting and talent management modules. Your efforts will ensure seamless candidate acquisition, employee development, and performance tracking. By collaborating closely with HR stakeholders, you will optimize talent strategies and drive business objectives through effective utilization of Workday's features.

  • Workday Recruiting Workflows: Design and implement workflows for candidate screening, interview scheduling, and offer management.
  • Talent Management Processes: Configure processes for performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom reports and dashboards to track key talent metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support for Workday recruiting and talent modules.
  • System Monitoring: Monitor system performance, identify issues, and collaborate with Workday support to resolve problems.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of Workday updates and enhancements to leverage new features and functionality.
  • Team Management: Manage a team of 8-10 individuals, ensuring the timely delivery of projects and high-quality outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders to gather requirements, manage change, and ensure user adoption of Workday features.
  • System Administration: Manage system configuration, ensure data integrity, and oversee reporting and workflows within the Workday platform, maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Project Leadership: Lead Workday implementation projects related to recruiting and talent modules, including design, testing, and deployment.
  • Team Leadership: Proven experience in managing a team, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring the professional development and performance of team members.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, management, information systems, mathematics, business, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
Option 2: 7 years' experience in software engineering, consulting, DevOps, or related area.
2 years’ supervisory experience.
