As a corporate Accountant you are primarily responsible for managing global, enterprise-level financial administrative tasks, preparing supporting schedules, and assisting with routine accounting processes, such as bank and account reconciliations, payables processes and financial reporting.

 What You’ll do

Monthly Close & Financial Reporting 
Prepares journal entries and supporting schedules for various financial accounts, including preparation and maintenance of accounting checklists and regular financial reporting. Manages finance correspondence, addressing inquiries or routing requests to appropriate team members promptly. Maintains accurate, complete financial files and documentation.   

Reconciliation & Cash Management 
Prepares and completes timely bank and account reconciliations, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved. Prepares and reviews supporting documentation for payables processes, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organizational policies and related compliance measures. 

Audit 
Works within established systems to deliver specified outcomes or provide general support with the annual audit and tax return activities. 

General Accounting Support 
Supports assigned project deliverables and/or tasks to aligned to key objectives and priorities. Works with regional finance functions to support implementation of global accounting practices and processes

What Makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and/or related equivalent working experience.  
  • Five or more years of experience independently executing accounting functions, including payables processes, risk management and financial reporting.    
  • Proficient with general accounting standards, principles and methodologies, including knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS.   
  • Experience conducting general accounting tasks within ERPs and using financial account software, such as NetSuite, Intacct, Financial Edge, etc.   
  • Proficient (written and verbal) in English.  

Travel Requirement 

  • Up to 5% domestic and/or international travel. 

Salary/Benefits  

This position offers country-specific benefits and market-based, competitive salary as well as periodic review for merit and incentive pay based on organizational and personal achievement.
