Waymo is on the cutting edge of autonomous driving technology, striving to be the most trusted driver out there, and we need a Systems Engineer specializing in Vehicle Security to join our innovative team in Mountain View or San Francisco, CA. This role involves developing comprehensive security requirements aligned with our vehicle platform's high-level security strategy and ensuring that our software interfaces communicate securely with the vehicle platform. You will collaborate closely with OEMs and Functional Systems Engineers to define and implement a robust network security architecture. We’re seeking someone who loves teamwork and has a real passion for driving results forward. Analyzing and resolving defects related to platform security will be a critical part of your day-to-day. If you have a strong background in vehicle communications and a minimum of three years in automotive security, you’ll be well-positioned to succeed at Waymo. You’ll be engaged in developing verification and validation plans and executing tests across various platforms.
