At West Coast University, we are looking for a dynamic Senior Project Manager in IT to join our dedicated team in Irvine. If you thrive in coordinating exciting IT projects and have a passion for delivering solutions that matter, this is your chance to shine. In this critical mid to senior-level role, you'll take the lead on medium to large-scale IT initiatives, working directly under the guidance of our Executive Director. You’ll collaborate with talented technical teams, engaged vendors, and insightful business stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes that align with our mission. Your responsibilities will include managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and execution to closure, and you'll facilitate essential communication throughout the process, keeping everyone in the loop. With a keen eye for detail, you’ll develop vital project documentation and assist with resource allocation, ensuring we have the right team in place. From tracking project progress to managing risks, your role is pivotal in delivering milestones on time and within budget. We value your strong organizational skills, decision-making abilities, and the insight you bring in guiding more junior project managers. If you meet required qualifications, including a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field and several years of project management experience, we invite you to join our mission and help us transform lives through education.
