Job Description

As a Bell Services Agent, you will:

  • Escort incoming hotel guests to rooms, assists with hand luggage, and offers information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest, and entertainment attractions.
  • Inspect guests’ room to ensure furnishings are in order and supplies are adequate.
  • Explain features of room such as operation of radio, television, and night-lock, and how to place telephone calls.
  • Page guests in lobby, dining room, or other parts of hotel.
  • Deliver messages, runs errand and room service orders.
  • Pick up articles for laundry and valet service.
  • Transport guests about premises or local areas in car or motorized cart.
  • Keep record of calls for service.
  • Deliver luggage and sets up sample rooms.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.
  • Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace. Except where prohibited by law, applicants who smoke or use tobacco products will not be considered for positions at Westgate.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
