Job Description

The Parking Attendant provides personalized services and assists in locating parking spots for all resort guests.

As a Parking Attendant, you will:

  • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Provide information about the resort, parking options, and local attractions
  • Assist guests with directions
  • Direct guests to available parking spaces
  • Monitor parking areas to prevent congestion and unauthorized vehicles
  • Monitor parking areas for potential hazards, unauthorized access, or suspicious activity
  • Report any security concerns to security personnel or management
  • Help guests locate their vehicle
  • Ensure parking areas are clean, well-lit, and free of hazards
  • Report any damages or maintenance needs

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or six months to a year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.
  • Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
