WeVote has an opening for 1 Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager, aimed at supporting the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting team. This is a volunteer role, requiring between 5-10 hours of time per week. You will have the opportunity to help lead a team of volunteer Recruiters, Talent Acquisition Specialists, & more.
Our ideal volunteer is passionate about politics and excited to use technology to educate voters and increase voter turnout. Therefore, an ideal volunteer Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager is also passionate about politics and wants to use those skills to guide and support the Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Project Manager team at WeVote.

Join WeVote as a Project Manager on our Talent Acquisition/Recruiting Team and be a part of something impactful! It's not just a role; it’s an opportunity to contribute to a nonprofit movement dedicated to enhancing voter engagement through innovative mobile technologies. As a volunteer, dedicating 5-10 hours a week, you will help shape the volunteer recruiting experience while collaborating with passionate individuals who share a commitment to strengthening American democracy. Your responsibilities will include coordinating processes within the team, leading bi-monthly meetings, and assisting with various initiatives to attract and retain top talent. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Specialists, guiding them as you tackle recruitment tasks together. Plus, you’ll engage directly with potential volunteers during our Introduction Webinars, helping ensure that attendees have a fantastic experience. We're looking for someone who either has 1+ years of recruiting experience or a recent grad eager to delve into the world of talent acquisition. If you thrive in a collaborative environment, have fantastic communication skills, and are enthusiastic about using technology to boost voter turnout, this is the perfect fit for you.
