The Role

As a Project Manager (WebOps & HubSpot CMS Implementation), you will be responsible for managing website projects from strategy to launch, ensuring they are technically sound, conversion-optimized, and aligned with business goals. You will work with designers, developers, marketers, and RevOps specialists to deliver HubSpot-powered websites that enhance user experience and drive growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. HubSpot CMS & WebOps Project Management

  • Lead end-to-end website development projects, from initial strategy to full implementation.
  • Oversee HubSpot CMS website builds, ensuring seamless execution of design, content, and development.
  • Manage website migrations and replatforming projects, ensuring minimal downtime and SEO impact.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure alignment between website goals and business objectives.
  • Ensure that all HubSpot CMS websites are fully optimized for SEO, performance, and conversions.

2. Cross-Functional Team Coordination

  • Act as the bridge between developers, marketers, and clients, ensuring smooth project workflows.
  • Facilitate team stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure that projects adhere to Growth-Driven Design (GDD) methodologies, enabling continuous website improvements.
  • Maintain a structured project management framework (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) to enhance collaboration and efficiency.

3. Process Optimization & Automation

  • Implement automation tools and workflows to streamline website management and updates.
  • Ensure that HubSpot websites integrate seamlessly with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Optimize website performance, speed, and accessibility for a best-in-class user experience.
  • Identify bottlenecks in website production workflows and implement solutions to improve scalability.

4. Client & Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring project expectations are met.
  • Conduct website training sessions for clients, empowering them to manage and optimize their HubSpot CMS.
  • Provide ongoing guidance on best practices for website governance, data security, and lead conversion tracking.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in website project management, CMS implementation, or WebOps.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CMS, WordPress, or other content management systems.
  • Knowledge of web development processes, UX/UI, SEO best practices, and performance optimization.
  • Experience managing multiple website projects, including migrations, redesigns, and custom development.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Growth-Driven Design).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage client expectations.
  • HubSpot CMS experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory (we will provide training).
  • HubSpot Certifications (HubSpot CMS for Developers, HubSpot Website Design) will be highly appreciated.
