We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Treasury Manager to join our finance team at On Location. This is a hands-on position that is responsible for managing all daily cash-related activities within our division. As a Senior Treasury Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our day-to-day cash management tasks, including bank account maintenance, cash forecasting, and monitoring cash movements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical treasury experience, preferably in the events or hospitality industry, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, people-oriented organization.
This role requires a high level of adaptability, resilience, and interpersonal skills, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless cash management processes. Your contribution will be critical in supporting the financial health and success of our global events.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Management: Manage all daily cash-related activities, including maintaining bank accounts, performing daily cash reconciliations, and supporting cash receipts and payment applications.
Bank Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between On Location and the bank, ensuring efficient communication and timely resolution of any issues.
Foreign Currency Strategy: Develop strategies to manage foreign currency exposure and minimize financial risk across our international operations.
Cash Monitoring: Continuously monitor all cash movements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of cash transactions.
Cash Forecasting: Prepare 90-day cash forecasts for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accurate predictions of cash flow needs.
Weekly Reporting: Provide weekly cash reporting that outlines cash position, inflows, and outflows.
Wire and ACH Processing: Review wire templates and ensure the timely processing of wire/ACH payments.
Disbursement Management: Manage and prepare disbursement requests, ensuring alignment with company policies and financial procedures.
Reconciliation Support: Collaborate with accounts receivable and accounts payable teams to assist in reconciling cash receipts and payments.
FIFA Reporting: Provide accurate quarterly cash commentary in line with FIFA's reporting requirements.
Ad Hoc Reporting & Projects: Support ad hoc reporting requests and special projects as needed.
Month-End Support: Assist in month-end closing procedures and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Process Improvement: Continuously collaborate with finance and accounting teams to improve cash management processes and optimize efficiency.
Audit Assistance: Support audit activities by providing documentation and responding to queries related to treasury activities.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
7+ years of treasury and financial accounting experience, with a strong understanding of cash management and general treasury principles.
Experience working with multinational companies and handling foreign currency transactions.
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in the events, hospitality, or entertainment industries is a plus.
Familiarity with FIFA’s reporting requirements or international event financial management.
CPA or equivalent professional certification is a bonus.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
Excellent technical or operational accounting background, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Strong people management skills with experience in leading teams or cross-functional collaboration.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily office-based, with occasional travel to event locations as required. Due to the nature of event timelines, the role may require flexible working hours to ensure financial management aligns with key event schedules.
Reporting Structure:
The Senior Treasury Manager will report directly to the Director, Controller – FIFA World Cup 2026™. The role involves close collaboration with the finance team and other departments to ensure effective cash management for On Location’s events.
