Equity Research Analyst


What You’ll Do:
  • Interpret breaking headlines in real-time, as well as provide in-depth scenario analyses ahead of known events
  • Monitor macro and corporate news, sentiment, and material catalysts
  • Identify dependencies among stocks as well as exposure to common themes
  • Evaluate special situations such as M&A and corporate actions; forecast dividends


What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with either a Economics/Finance/Business/STEM focus or a demonstrable interest in finance/trading
  • Strong written, analytical, and financial research skills
  • Self-starter that can resourcefully solve problems 
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with trading and derivative products is preferred
  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, or Bloomberg is a plus

All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.


Base salary is $60,000 - $110,000. Base salary is only one part of Wolverine Trading total compensation, which includes an annual discretionary bonus.
