About World Business Lenders (www.wbl.com)

World Business Lenders (WBL) provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base of small and medium sized businesses throughout the United States that lack access to traditional funding.

WBL is a U.S. based company with a 100% remote workforce.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position. Generally, working hours will be 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, although hours worked may be greater based upon operational requirements.

The job requires excellent oral and written command of the English language.

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analyst to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in HubSpot automation, email marketing, and tracking conversions using Google Analytics and Ads. This role is crucial in driving targeted engagement and ensuring data-driven marketing decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze lead quality to improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize and execute email marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Support ongoing email marketing initiatives, including A/B testing and automation.
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns and audience segmentations.
  • Utilize HubSpot for campaign automation, workflow creation, and data analysis.
  • Track and report conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Ads to measure ROI.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing.  
  • Hands-on experience tracking conversions in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag manager.  
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for campaign improvements.  
  • Experience in audience segmentation and targeted marketing strategies.  
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with excellent communication skills.
