The day to day.
Write, test, and maintain software applications that are resilient, robust, and perform at scale
Drive results by seeking out and anticipating roadblocks, and identifying improvements to increase efficiency
Maintain productive and trusting relationships with the manager, peers, and cross-functional stakeholders
When faced with a roadblock or challenge, improve the process to prevent similar issues in the future, increasing overall efficiency
Leverage an understanding of team roles and work scope to achieve goals by utilizing the skills of cross-functional individuals
Your skills and expertise.
Minimum qualifications:
2+ years of writing software using Agile practices to deliver high quality software addressing customer needs
Strong interest in the inner workings of WordPress and how users build with it
PHP, JavaScript, TypeScript + the ability to quickly adapt to new software language requirements
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships through open communication, fostering collaboration to achieve team and company objectives
Experience leading and presenting to peers and immediate managers
Experience working with CI/CD, testing, deployment pipelines
