The Business Project Manager will drive and deliver business transformation projects while supporting the delivery and tracking of multiple initiatives within a large program of work supporting the strategic plan for the region to drive transformational change and revenue growth. 

 The Business Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the alignment of project/initiative goals with organizational targets working with cross functional stakeholders to mitigate risks, communicate progress and track progress against defined KPI’s. This is a hybrid role at our Orlando Corporate Headquarters - in office Monday - Wednesday, and Thursday and Friday remote.

  • Exceptional delivery of confidential projects in line with the strategic plan and roadmap ensuring benefits alignment across all business units. 

  • Excellent Stakeholder & Relationship Management, able to build relationships with Stakeholders at all levels. 

  • Ability to rapidly acquire new business knowledge to effectively support scope definition and risk/issue identification. 

  • Able to clearly identify and communicate risks and issues while supporting stakeholders to quickly define and plan mitigating actions. 

  • Accountable for monitoring the expenditures and costs against delivered and realized benefits as the projects progress. 

  • Clear communication with the Senior Business Project Manager and SLT on the progress, risks and deliverables of strategic projects. 

  • In conjunction with the Senior Business Project Manager ensure all assigned projects identify clear and measurable KPI’s and Stakeholders have reporting in place to track progress against KPI’s. 

  • Supports and participates in the definition of the projects assigned by the SLT. 

  • Lead & support matrix project teams through complex and significant projects.  Liaises with all parties to ensure project deliverables are communicated.  

  • Support and Mentor junior PMs/ project Leads. 

  • Assigns resources, monitors progress and take corrective action to deliver solutions within budget to drive the project milestones. 

  • Build and maintain key internal and inter-company relationships, sharing best practices and lessons learned.  

  • Manage all Compliance & Risk Management aspects associated with the projects and deliverables. 

  • Completes ‘Lessons Learned’ after each project and use findings to improve the process going forward.  

  • Facilitate project close out review and analysis.  Critically evaluate if project delivered benefits as outlined in scope. 

  • High level understanding of technology available to deliver against project and highlights risks especially when a 3rd party vendor is involved. 

  • Coordinates the integration of projects and other strategic initiatives into business units and reports progress at project review meetings. Confirms the transition of completed projects into embedded mainstream processes.  

What You’ll Bring

  • High School Diploma; Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

  • Certification in Project Management (Prince2 or Agile) or equivalent knowledge 

  • Strong leadership capabilities, strong judgment, and the ability to work effectively with and influence clients, team members, management and external groups.

  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the business/client environment and systems, connectivity and application technological or operational alternatives.

  • Agile experience preferred

  • Salesforce experience preferred 

  • Knowledge of project management life cycle  

  • Knowledge of project management tools, techniques and practices 

  • Ability to lead a project team and deliver all phases of complex assignments. 

  • Knowledge of MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio software programs 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a Project Management role with a background in team development 

  • Experience leading large business and/or technology deployment projects 

  • Experience interfacing with external clients, particularly Affiliates 

Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
