You can work remotely. There is good health insurance as same as other Korean company. Above-average salaries with easy work. Full of highly compensated employees compared to their performance. If you like K-drama, this company is perfect work place because there is a lot of dirty politics and gossip are existing.Cons
Put 5 stars because all candidates read this review and have concerns before applying this company. 1. Typical Korean Company: Need to improve internal process such as HQ in Korea approval process 2. Reduce number of Korean expats or give them training for management/harassment/mental control 3. Don’t change the plan of compensation without notice. Please keep the bonus date.
