Very mission driven organization, lots of really wonderful coworkers. I encountered a few people who participated in petty office politics (not clinical staff) and seemed to somehow be protected from repercussions for their actions, but overall would recommend.Cons
Can be very emotional work. Position was new and went through a lot of growing pains. As a company they tend to be very cautious in all decisions which means it takes a long time and way too many meetings to get anything done/changed.Similar companies to Children's Minnesota
