Pros

I was at Garner for two years. Overall I had a great experience. The biggest thing was the culture. Everyone goes the extra mile to be helpful and check in. Also people are very focused on the company mission so there isn’t a ton of office politics.

Cons

The company was growing quickly and sometimes people would get overloaded and there would be too much to do
