Exciting and broad tech stack in an interesting sector with a ton to learn. Feedback is welcomed and the company has a good open mindedness to new approaches to work. Pair programming was encouraged when seen as advantageous. 9 day working week was trialed, not sure if still ongoing. You were given 1 hour a week for personal development time and were encouraged to explore options that may help the development process. Fully remote role with options to go in the office, if desired.Cons
There were times when the projects requirements changed mid flight and caused a rocky roadmap of the application.
