RISE itself is pretty decent, but the program manager was beyond amazing when it came to client care, staff training and education, and the program being run properly. I only left due to medical reasons and plan on going back if/when possible. RISE pays better than any other DSP job that I have had or heard of, which is a huge plus.Cons
