Pros

Easy structured environment for a first job. The management style really put focus on customer service in the food industry. Great benefits, overtime hours. Support for growth into management if interested

Cons

You couldn't express yourself as individual with piercings or tattoos. These all had to be covered up. Culture could feel a little biased.
