Served Up Podcast: Our podcast is designed to be a source for beverage professionals to hear from celebrated industry leaders who will share their insights and ideas to help listeners advance their skills. A key focus of the podcast is to highlight conversations about diversity and inclusion by featuring thought leaders in social justice and industry influencers representing Black, POC, and LGBTQ communities.  

Courage Conversations: More than 8,000 SGWS employees took part in Courageous Conversations. By holding candid talks on race and ethnicity, we can find new ways to lead positive change as individuals and an organization. 

Southern Glazer’s Against Social Injustice and Racial Inequality Endowed Scholarship Fund at Florida A&M University: This fund was established in 2020 as part of SGWS’s commitment to supporting racial equality and will grant four scholarships a year for five years to deserving candidates that have an unmet financial need.
