Pros
- A great team that is unfortunately overshadowed by terrible middle and upper managementCons
- A sociopathic CEO that lacks any form of emotional intelligence, he will smile at your face and stab you in the back without hesitation. Even to those closest to him who have helped him build the company. He is obsessed with Jigsaw and only talks about them. - A business model that is completely built on how to beat Jigsaw, there are entire company-wide meetings where all they talk about is Jigsaw and how they’re losing against them on every single head-to-head engagement. - Hire/fire mentality, very few make it past 6 months and you get called into a meeting and fired with no prior warning, you’re often used a scapegoat for the failures of middle management who have absolutely no idea what they’re doing - Bullying and harassment from upper management like I’ve never seen before, especially towards mentally vulnerable individuals. This place will destroy your career and your mental health. - A product that loses against Jigsaw on every single head to head engagement - Terrible pay, WAY below the industry average - They’re running out of money FAST, on the verge of going bust
